As a birthing partner of a long and difficult birth, I would like to express my gratitude and thanks for the outstanding and exceptional care received at Nottingham City Hospital Maternity Services and Labour Suite. The midwives, doctors and AHPs were outstanding without exception. They empowered and involved us in all decisions, of which there were many along the way, as nothing went as planned. Their threshold for the baby's safety was low and we felt completely safe. I am just blown away by the fantastic and exceptional clinical and human care we all received. Baby was born safely and mum and dad were empowered by wonderful doctors and nurses and mum is now recuperating. I can't thank you enough City Hospital, you really were outstandingly lovely, with exceptional clinical care. Please thank your doctors and nurses on our behalf.
