(as a service user),

We would like to thank everyone in both the A and E department and the out of doctors who on a very busy Christmas eve , during a very hectic time did every thing possible to sort out my  Mum , who arrived without important medication. 

All staff went above and beyond to sort out what ended up being a difficult one to solve. Particular thanks to the triage nurse.
