Thank you to everyone who helped our little boy (17 months). We called 999 as he was experiencing severe breathing difficulties. Everyone who helped us was fantastic throughout, right from the moment we made the call and we are so thankful for the NHS.
We are so grateful for the help that was provided so efficiently, the paramedics were excellent and the staff in resuss were exceptional. When I was in complete panic, their caring words calmed and helped me so much as you helped our little boy. When moved to A and E, again the staff were so thoughtful, I appreciated their kindness and support so much. The nurses on Skylark Ward were wonderful, they had so much time for us and showed such excellent levels of care. The consultants and doctors had an excellent manner with our little boy and were very thorough when explaining diagnosis and medication.
Thank you all for going above and beyond, the work you all do is amazing! We have nothing but praise for KGH and the departments that helped us. Thank you!
"Exceptional care from paramedics, A&E and..."
