I was transferred from NSEC hospital [ who treated me appallingly] on 20/12/2017 to ward 27. From the moment I arrived at Freeman the staff were amazing and helped me through a very stressful time. I had been in NSEC for 11 days waiting for a pacemaker fitting yet after only 2 days in Freeman I was all done and dusted. My consultant and her team and the staff of ward 27 were complete angels, not only did they treat me with the utmost care and respect they gave me my life back and allowed me to be back with my family for christmas. All of the staff at the Freeman from the consultants, surgeons ,nurses to the health care assistants and porters you do an amazing job and I thank you from the bottom of my better beating heart . I wish you all a fabulous 2018.
