Had endoscopy recently and due to a previous procedure going wrong I as extremely anxious.
The senior nurse carrying out the procedure was very understanding, and gave me both .
Relaxing sedations and really reassured me. Her name is Leanne , and I cannot praise her highly enough. Also another nurse, Shona, who remembered me from my previous experience, stayed with me and held my hand. All the staff went out of their way to calm and reassure me.
