"Whole service failure"

About: Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

On sat again trying to chase appointments ,results and these so called referrals I'm beginning to think I'm better off just not going to GPS or hospital for anything ever again in June 2016 I was sent to a&e by gp with chest pains and black out consultant answer too young for heart problems but I'll refer u to syncope for dizzyness and black outs ,no referral received ,Dec 10,2017 MRI scan ,had to chase results to be told results would be discussed to u from consultant still no appointment threw ,had to cancel appointment on Dec 13 2017 from being too I'll to attend and not being able to get threw by phone for 5 hours to be told phone lines down after contacting pals and was told appointment would be sent by email no appointment threw not a great surprise really ,so having illness after illness for the past year constant pain I have to say total failure NHS no wonder it's going down the pan and when I sit n think how unprofessional this is and when u put a query in its the secretary that decides who's giving u ya results. Well I'm glad the NHS can treat people so unreguardingly and so blazae about patients it's a bit of a fail really and yes I know full well how overstretched u are but maybe if the drs did what they said instead of patients have to chase up appointments and tests results constantly u may not have as many bad reviews coming in
