"Excellent service from ambulance crew in Bath"

Following an epidode of chest pain and an ECG at Bath Walk In Centre, an ambulance was called to take me to A&E.

At such a stressful time, the calm and professional manner of the ambulance crew helped me to feel I was in very safe hands. At all times during their assessment I felt less anxious due to their manner. I was worried that an ambulance had been called unnecessarily but at no time did I feel I was wasting thier valuable time. On arrival at the RUH, I was handed over to the A&E staff with efficiency and calmness. I cannot praise more highly the service I received and I am extremely grateful to the ambulance crew without whom I would have been very distressed .
