(as a relative),

Given the current regular criticism of the NHS and Larbert Hospital in particular we felt the need to send this.

My wife had an appointment yesterday in Area 1. We both felt the need to send this to say how impressed we were at how this was handled.

The nurse who attended (sorry have forgotten her name) was very professional and friendly which really helped my wife who was extremely nervous.

As we are unlikely (hopefully) to see this nurse again please pass on our gratitude.

Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know how you and your wife got on while coming in for a preop assessment. I was very pleased to hear that you were treated with kindness and the nurse was very reassuring. These are the qualities I hope all my nurses have and I will feed back to them. So again thank you and I hope all goes well for your wife's surgery.
