"Palliative care team"

Thank you so much to the team for their excellent and ongoing support for my father.

 

The support we have received from both Naz and Barbara has been invaluable. Having the same people involved in dads care has made life so much easier as we know exactly who to turn to. The continuity has given us confidence in their support and advice and really helped us to manage dad’s illness and symptoms over the last 12 months.

 

It’s fantastic that Naz can speak the same language as dad so he doesn’t have to rely on us. It’s helped dad be more involved and gives him the opportunity to discuss his health and feelings more openly.

 

I’m so grateful to Naz for going out of his way to support us in any way he can, especially in helping me understand my father’s illness. Knowing what to expect has helped me understand and manage dad symptoms so much better.

 

Being told that we are doing a great job in looking after my father at a time when we feel so helpless has been reassuring and encouraging. I can’t thank the team enough for their professionalism, advice and genuine care not just for my father but for the rest of the family too.
