About: Haxby Group Practice

Constantly I find the receptionists in this practice are either rude or incompetent, they leave you feeling like you are not important and even tho I have been waiting for blood test results for nearly 2 weeks now they refuse to chase them up but expect me to carry on taking meds that could potentially make me worse. The doctors on the other hand are excellent.

Thank you for your comments we actively encourage patients to tell us of their experiences good or bad.

In regard to your outstanding blood test results I will be happy to look into the delay and chase this up for you if you could contact me directly on 01904 724600 and ask for Rachel, Assistant General Manager so I can get a few more details.
