"Nursing"

(as a relative),

At times I felt the nursing had a lot to be desired. Certain nurses stood out in a ward that was understaffed and seemed to be difficult to nurse, probably because of its size and locality.

At times cleanliness seemed to be an afterthought with staff entering and exiting the ward without cleaning their hands.

I realise how difficult this particular ward is to nurse, with its size and awkwardness and also the staff shortages, but I feel that it could be managed and nursed better.
