"Fast, helpful and caring at Lancaster A&E"

Earlier this week following an early morning phone call to my GP emergency service I was advised to get to A & E ASAP

On arrival I was taken for assessment within approximately 3 minutes. All the staff were so helpful, kind, considerate and helpful. I was very frightened and worried. All the staff just made me feel re-assured and treated me with consideration and kindness while also getting on with the job they have to do.

I would just like to say a huge thank you to all the staff - I am sure they must have a huge amount of situations which are not very easy to deal with. However, for me - my treatment was fast, helpful and most of all caring!
