"Improfessionalism and bad communication"

I have been going to sergery with the fear that I will be treated again badly.The staff is really rude and lethargic.Repeat prescriptions have always been a tremendous amount of confusion amongst them.They always pass wrong information to me and then they forget about what they had told me .I feel very low when I have to see the doctor because staff is very rude sometimes I feel it’s better to have no treatment rather going to gp and get insulted by staff.I am really disappointed and then the way they respond to phone calls is another thing.I think they should hire trained people and those who have no training should be taught how to communicate.

I am really sad and ow I want to take my concerns to higher complaint officers.This should have an end now and dealt with properly. I can cope with my pain but cant cope with their rudeness.Very sad I was not aspecting such kind of behaviour from people who provide care shouldn’t be giving pain to people.
