What I liked
As waiting rooms go this is certainly the nicest I've ever been in. Light, clean (and being cleaned again as I was there) and with very friendly reception staff.
I was there a couple of weeks ago with the same symptoms as I went in with yesterday. Both times I've been treated very well by everyone I've come into contact with.
Sadly the dr I saw last time made a very quick - and incorrect - diagnosis and hence I returned yesterday with an aggressive return of the symptoms.
Whilst I still don't have a diagnosis (I will be phoned today or Monday when the test results come in) I had a fantastic triage nurse, doctor, nurses, and specialist. The doctor who is the same age as me was an absolute wonder, getting me through my fear of needles, first ever drip etc both professionally, competently and with an excellent reassuring (and funny) manner.
What could be improved
The original doctor I saw should not have made such a quick call - as yesterday's doctor said of course I haven't got scarlet fever - the clue is in the name 'fever' - I didn't have one!!Test ResultsTriageScarlet feverAggressiveCleanlinessDiagnosisReassuringAccommodationConsultantsDoctorsNursing staffReception staff
