I assume I am lost in yet another government run system. I was diagnosed with Asperger's 12 weeks ago and that was the last I heard from Maudsley. The time suggested until next contact was 6 weeks. Up until that point I thought the process was very good.
I feel the universe is telling me something. Deep down I know the closest I'll get to my ceiling of ability is through nutrition and meditation as apposed to drugs/talking therapy. The one thing in life I really excel at is managing to get by without leaning on others. Thank you for you help with the diagnosis but I think I will go it alone from here. The scant NHS resources would be better used on somebody more in need than myself. Thanks and Bye :) x
