I have been a member of the surgery for many years and find the doctors helpful and knowledgeable. The staff on Reception are also good but the online booking system does not always work. I have had to ring 186 times at 8am in order to get through to make an appointment which is unacceptable.

Thank you for your comments. We are sorry you have had difficulty with the online access system. We are not aware of any problems regarding this but if you would like to call in to the surgery we could re-issue your pin document.
