I arrived at the unit and was seen within minutes of arrival. Whilst I was waiting I was left very reassured and comfortable. Tracy came in and saw me, she made me feel very relaxed and listened in to the heartbeat straight away. All was okay. She explained that due to my anterior placenta I may have diminished movement, but that I was to come back in if ever I am concerned. She made me feel like I was the most important patient and that my concerns were important to her. I can’t thank them enough for reassuring me.

Hi there. The story written is about the maternity/ delivery suite at Heartlands hospital, not Birmingham women’s. I am unsure why it has come up like this. Can it be amended and can the relevant feedback/ praise be passed onto the team at Heartlands? I think it is called the Princess of Wales suite. Many thanks.
