"Awful communication"

About: Royal Stoke University Hospital

My mum rang 111 for my dad as he was having breathing difficulties. We were called back and told he had an out of hours appointment at the doctors at 05:15. However I am currently writing this at 06:09 and we still haven’t been seen. What is the point in being given a time if it isn’t going to stick?
