"Poor Post Operative Care"

About: Spire Liverpool Hospital

I recently had a procedure at Spire Liverpool. I was happy with the operation but the post operative care leaves a great deal to be desired. I suffered an infection and for over 6 weeks suffered constant fluid leaks which lead to frequent trips to the hospital. 2 doctors and several nurses within post op shared their concerns about my treatment with me, however when I raised the issue Spire they failed to see any areas in which they could improve their post op treatment.

Going private is supposed to give you the assurance that you will receive superior treatment, my own experience at Spire Liverpool is the exact opposite.

Poor communication and a culture of not accepting blame seems to be the order of the day.
