(as the patient),

Cannot express my appreciation and gratitude for the service provided to me by all the staff at Lincoln County Hospital.  Having had to undergo surgery on a knee injury the service received was outstanding from initial appointment to post appointment.  All staff, from the nurses, secretarial, physiotherapy, registrar and consultant were professional, caring and treated me with dignity.  

Hospital staff are often criticized, unfairly I believe and thus deserve this plaudit.
