About: Birmingham Midland Eye Centre (Bmec)

I think the Eye Centre in Birmingham is the best .Everyone are all very helpful the Doctors and Staff .But the waiting in A&e is sometimes between 2-5 hours from my experience sometimes there is no sitting space I have leg problems (Lymphoedema) and I have to sit so when their chairs it's very difficult I notice a lot peopke bring their family memebers so they take the seats too .I have complained about this before but still nothing ever been done. So this will be my final feedback .I Thank the Eye Centre for all your support ..

I was glad to read your comments about the helpful doctors and staff at the Birmingham and Midland Eye Centre, during your recent visit. However, I am sorry that you have had to wait longer than usual to be seen in our A&E department on some occasions and that you have had issues when finding seating.
