"Random Doctors"

About: Hollinwood Medical Practice

Doesn't seem to be a regular doctor at surgery. Get different ones advising different medication and not putting full notes on the system. Which has led to me being on the same tablets for a while. No improvements but who cares, certainly not Hollinwood Medical Centre. One receptionist thinks they are a doctor but I don't think they studied at any university. Would avoid this surgery at all costs. You'll only waste your time.

I am very sorry to read of your recent experience here at the Hollinwood Medical Practice. I would like to fully investigate this review and would be grateful if you could contact me vanessa.morris1@nhs.net to enable me to do so.

We have three very good salaried doctors who work here and one on the way, who starts in March! The recruitment of General Practitioners is a nationwide issue and we have been working really hard as an organisation to recruit new GPs. We appreciate that continuity of care is paramount and have tried our very best to book good regular Locums where we had gaps. I am sorry you felt like we would not care about your improvement, nothing could be further from the truth. I’d like to encourage you to contact me or book an appointment with Dr. Shanker, Dr. Scott or Dr. Foster to review your care.

Our receptionists are caring individuals who work very hard, on the front line and I would assume her trying to help you within her limited non-clinical knowledge. I apologise if this was not how your interaction was received, I would like to know which receptionist in question you are relating your comment towards, as without this I cannot investigate.

Again, I would like to express my sincere apologies that you felt let down by us and, be assured; we are always looking at ways to improve our service. Thank you for your feedback.
