Having recently had another flare up of Gout, I rang the surgery to book a telephone call with a doctor, doctor was in surgery so a message was sent to him, message came back if I could get there within 20mins (max 20 mins) he would see me , so raced to surgery only just got there in time but was seen by doctor and treatment was arranged, all sorted within an hour, did not expect an appointment that day let alone to be sorted that quick. Also had cause to visit Fryston Road clinic a short while ago for an injection in my knee, all dealt with painlessly thanks to a doctor with a good sense of humour which made me feel very at ease, Also wish to thank reception staff for sorting this matter out despite being very busy.
