Having looked through the reviews I wasn't too surprised to find one relating to a certain GP not listening and undermining anything they said. I have my own personal experiences with this GP and so do some other patients it seems from people I have chatted to in the waiting room who would rather not deal with them either. The manor and tone of this person really isn't what it should be and they never elaborate on anything I'm guessing because they simply think it's beneath you. I've come out more confused than when I went in sometimes and honestly wish I hadn't bothered. I have mentioned some of the experiences I've had with this GP and people have looked at me in disbelief!
Longer term I am looking to move away from the area but in the meantime I will do whatever I can to avoid dealing with this one individual. The nurses are nice, two in fact I'd describe as wonderful and total naturals at what they do, never really had an issue with the receptionists who have always gone out of their way to sort things out.
For me the one bad apple leaves a real bitter taste in my mouth for this surgery. Shame really.
