"Busy A&E Department"

Second visit in just under a month.

Felt guilty for attending at a very busy A&E at 1.30am.

Again they were amazing. Within 15 minutes I was assessed, gowned pain relief anti sickness.

I was in agony. Two hours later such relief. It was so busy, other patients seem too have very complex needs but I was ECG, Taken to radiology, seen by Doctor more medication.

I am in such gratitude for all the amazing staff.

I know time are stressed but I can't believe how well I have been looked after twice in a few weeks. Thank you is not enough.

I have also seen a glimpse first hand, maybe at patients with problems who don't realise or mean too be difficult, aggressive, but still you have an amazing professional attitude. Thank you so much.
