"Amazing service"

About: New Birmingham Dental Hospital

I have a 111 call and was referred to the dental hospital. I was given an appointment time very quickly and only had a 20 minute wait on arrival. The dentist and students were very friendly and reassuring (I have a fear of dentists and tend panic). I ended up having to have a tooth removed which with my fear of needles as well sent me into major panic mood. However the students were amazing and very patient with me. I can't thank them enough.

Only negative I had was the reception lady I spoke to was rude and honestly looked like she didn't want to be there and was very vague.
