I have had bad mental health issues and suffered bad alcohol issues.  My key worker never given up and always makes sure I’m doing well I will be OK soon I think

The first thing is to say is that its great that you feel able to speak about the issues which you face. We know that often mental health and substance us comes together and this makes everything seem harder to overcome. But you sound like you are well on your way, so well done and keep going.
