Upper Court - Adult EDU
In general I found the staff to be lacking in warmth and I didn’t feel valued as a person but rather treated as an illness. The care planning was not the collaborative process it should be, rather decisions were always pre-made when I went in to the fortnightly ward-round and my views weren’t taken in to consideration.
I was a patient here for months longer than was necessary because my meal plan was lower in calories than it should have been for consistent weight gain. I wanted to recover and move on but was constrained by an inadequate system.
There was little in the way of therapeutic activity and there was a lot of free time to kill.
"Dissatisfied"
