I am disgusted by the way i was treated by staff in this hospital! I was unwell and after visting A&E was taken up in CDU, in CDU i was told that the doctor would be prescribing something for the pain, i never received this. After many attemps in A&E to insert needle i was left with a candliar in my arm, i had a small t shirt on and could not put my jumper back on my self was offered no help. Got taken to x ray, where i was just left still in pain and cold. After 1 hour wait and many patients coming and going and now turning blue by how cold i was i asked member of staff how much longer it was going to be, she was very rude and could not offer any time scale only that other people was waiting, i asked her to call someone from the ward to come and get me cos i wanted to come home. She carried on typing before dealing with my request, Staff from ward refused to come and see me. Went to A&E and asked them to take out candliar as i was going home, doctor asked me problem i expalined and no was willing to take on board in what i was saying.
