"I don't feel receptionists should determine who needs to see the doctor"

About: Armley Community Health Centre

(as the patient),

I find the GP's and the nurses @ Armley Medical centre fantastic but i feel very uninvited by the receptionists I've seen, is there a reason for this? At times i have found them rude and inpatient. Once i even felt grilled by one who eventually told me i would be wasting the doctors time.

As far as I know, these receptionists do not have medical degree's and I don't feel that they are qualified to determine who needs to see the doctor.
