I attended the urology investigations clinic on 2 occasions.

On both occasions I found the staff, from the receptionist to the consultant, to be helpful. friendly , informative and professional.

They made a stressful situation a lot easier.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, we were really pleased as we do appreciate that Urology investigations are of a very personal nature and so the experience can be unsettling for patients. The staff work extremely hard to reduce any stress from visits to the Urology Investigation Suite and so your comments were gratefully received by the staff involved in your care.
