What I liked

Very positively impressed with the facilities - having worked within the QMC for several years, the comparison is striking in terms of cleanliness. All the staff I encountered were courteous, friendly and professional, and everything went smoothly from my admission until my discharge.

What could be improved

I couldn't think of anything at the time, and still can't! Undergoing surgery is never going to be an enjoyable experience, but my experience today was definitely as easy as it possibly could have been.
