"Fantastic Service and Wonderful Dept"

I have been a regular outpatient for 6 months now and have just completed my 6 week BCG sessions. I have nothing but praise for the quality of treatment i have received from my first referral in July 2017, through two GA procedures and the BCG treatment. I have always felt

involved in the process and decision making and that I was treated as an 'individual'. All questions were answered in an understandable way and, whilst clearly I did not want bladder cancer, everything was positive but realistic. Equally, I could not help notice that others were treated in a similarly positive and friendly way. Thank You.
