"Cardoversion"

I had a cardioversion procedure done by arrhythmia team in Cardiology Cath Lab dept on Friday.

Everyone was very attentive and caring from receptionist to nurses and the consultant herself both to myself and my sister who had accompanied me.

The lunch box was very clean and more than what I expected.

Altogether I feel extremely satisfied with the service and treatment I received.

I don't know why people keep moaning about NHS, it's not the staff it may be the lack of budget and organisation.
