"It has helped me massively"

About: Inclusion Wisbech

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I absolutely love coming to see my keyworker at Inclusion and it has helped me massively.  Although I feel people working in this service have some great ideas which maybe they can’t achieve because they are held back from management and lack of resources.

Hi

Thanks for your comments. Really pleased you are getting what you need from the service and of course keep coming and you'll get even more I'm sure. In terms of holding staff back, we really encourage staff to be creative in the way they work with service users. Of course there are plenty of guidelines we have to work within but we do try to listen to service users and respond to what they feel they need. Resources - we know that money is reducing in all different areas but we are committed to ensuring we make our service the best it possibly can be.

Thanks again

Paul
