"Lack of staff during procedures"

About: Western General Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as the patient),

Referred from bowel screening Dundee for further investigation to Western General 

Phoned with date ,received bowel medicine  took it and fasted all day only to go in today and be cancelled because technician called in sick no one else available to do procedure 

Can't fault staff they were very apologetic but it was not them it caused it but lack of staff should be 2 technicians 

Don't know  when I will get a new date It only adds to stress as still don't  know what problem is
