"When do I get to see a doctor?"

About: St Austell Health Group

I have been trying to get an appointment for a week. When I finally got through on the phone, I informed the receptionist I had been urinating blood and had passed a blot clot to which she responded "go to the chemist".

She didn't even take my name.

The pharmacist prescribed antibiotics and said to see a doctor immediately if not better. Within a day or so of completing the course, kidney and chronic back pain have returned. Phoned St Austell Healthcare again and still they would not give an appointment. Phoned again in desperation and receptionist said she'd have a word with a doctor. She phoned back to say that a doctor had prescribed (without actually speaking to me) exactly the same course of antibiotics I had completed 3 days earlier, which clearly haven't worked. Definitely not staying with this lot. Need to find another surgery urgently, in agony here.
