What I liked

I thought the whole place was grim. Grubby hand knitted mats and old magazines in the waiting areas, unhelpful receptionists and appallingly rude and insensitive phlebotomist.

What could be improved

The place could be cleaned and stripped of all the junk everywhere. The staff could be taught about respecting people, about using people's preferred form of address, they could understand that not all people having blood tests are as thick as two short planks. Information given out could be accurate.

Anything else?

Dreadful ,dreadful, self important little place that is resting on teh cosy, community feel rather than making itself fit for healthcare delivery in the 21st century. I will never go back there and would prefer to drive ten miles to Chichester or Portsmouth for a blood test next time.CommunicationInsensitiveRudeReading MaterialsWaiting AreasBlood test
