"Rude, unhelpful."

The staff at this surgery are so rude and unhelpful. I had emergency surgery and came out of hospital being told to go to my GP for blood tests which needed to be done quite quickly. I had been de-registered from the surgery as I had forgotten to update my address. I obviously was not aware of this but totally understand that is the process and was in no way blaming them for that.

However, the receptionist spoke to me like something on the bottom of her shoe. Maybe she was being defensive and expecting me to be angry about being de-registered. I wasn't at all, I just wanted some advice on where I could go to get my blood tests done as i am quite anxious just having had surgery. Nope. You won't get any empathy or helpfullness from this surgery. They make you feel guilty and uncomfortable for having the cheek to speak to them. I am a great believer that you can tell people what they dont want to hear but with some politeness and tact.

Anyway, thank you Walnut Tree for de-registering me now I dont have to have anything to do with you. I called another surgery explained my situation and they were lovely.. reassured me asked me to come in register and they will help.
