About: Lanarkshire Community Services / Community Nursing Service

(as a service user),

I wish to publicly acknowledge my gratitude and thanks to the nurse and support staff of the community nursing team. Due to complications following an operation I required their care almost every day for almost 4 months. I could not have received better care. They were professional, caring, reliable and friendly. They turned up every day well briefed, equipped and prepared. I know they were very busy but they never once made me feel rushed. I honestly believe their honest reassurance helped reduce stress and aided my recovery. If you you have team awards I would want to nominate these dedicated people..... they deserve a medal.
