What I liked

I just wanted to say I was greatly impressed by the service we received in the A&E department. I went to A&E with my 4 year old son and every single person we encountered from start to end of our visit, was extraordinarily friendly, patient and highly professional. At no point did it feel like we were a routine case or rushed through treatment. Staff thoroughly thought through what to do, took time to check a range of different possibilities and made a re-assuring decision. We felt involved, respected as patients and well taken care of – and that although it was busy and there were other very urgent cases.
