"My stay in Medical High Dependency"

About: Victoria Hospital / Medical High Dependency

(as a service user),

I had a short stay in The Medical High Dependency Unit following a stroke. My stay was far better than anticipated. The nurses were fantastic (especially my nightshift nurse Jillian who was with me checking my observations and monitoring progress all night). They were extremely attentive to all of my needs. They showed real compassion. Apart from lack of sleep I could not fault my time in hospital. My mind was at ease the staff were approachable and nothing was ever any trouble regardless how busy they were. They are a credit to nurses. Keep up the good work.

Thanks Mcf1964 for your very positive feedback on your stay in MHDU.

I will make sure that the staff are aware of your comments especially Jillian.
