About: York Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a service user),

Along with most of York, I fell badly on ice and had to be taken by ambulance to A& E. We had a bit of a wait but as something of a hospital connoisseur (unfortunately! ), I'm used to that and it wasn't that bad. The emergency nurse practitioner I was seen by was lovely- efficient, caring and personable. No complaints at all- Grade A service!

I'm so sorry to hear that you were a victim of this icy weather. It certainly has been a cold and slippy couple of weeks.

However, it is lovely to hear that you were well looked after when you attended A&E. Thank you for your kind feedback, which we will certainly share with the A&E team. It makes all the difference to get thank yous from their patients at this busy time of year.
