"Lovely staff"

I'm not usually one to write reviews and people are quick to comment on negative experiences.

However, I really feel the need to write a positive review about the service I received this afternoon.

I had to attend the minor injury department due to an injury to my arm/hand. The service I received from all of The staff here was incredible.

The wait wasn't very long at all and the communication I received was exceptional.

Everybody I dealt with was friendly, but professional and took my care very seriously.

A huge thank you.
