"Terrible mental health services"

The key workers/ care coordinators are usually very nice and can be sometimes helpful. That is the best I can say about the service. They do however throw unnecessary medications at you, fail to listen, cancel your appointments and tell your GP that you made the cancellation. There are many problems with the service and I seriously would recommend people in the area to stay away. For me, my mental health declined seriously during my time with the service. I don't believe this is a coincidence. I honestly wish I'd never gone initially. Very disappointed overall.
