About: Broad Lane Surgery

I called yesterday about my 3 year old boy who was experiencing breathing difficulties with a fever receptionist couldn't care less I called 111 the call disconnected so Calle free surgery and was told yeah it will do because we're open here you have to call 111 after 6:30pm. I thought wel why would that be when you can't see anyone ever anyway??? So tried 121 again got through low and behold sending an ambulance to my son. A disgrace honestly how can you give such vital information incorrectly especially as he was so young? Luckily he is ok but not impressed moving surgery
