"A bit uncoordinated, poorly managed"

Concerning out-patient:

Consultant required me to use a heart monitor for a number of days. 1st, I had to wait a week for this hospital to find a working unit. (And this is a private hospital).

Secondly, the results went missing after use!! So the consultant had very limited time to study a second copy just printed off.

Concerning in-patient:

I was required to have a hernia operation, and all went fine except that before and after the operation, junior doctors and other clinical staff kept bobbing into the room, only for me to explain that I had a previous clinical visit minutes earlier, this happened several times in my short stay - so poor coordination, staff efficiency.
