"One in ten!"

I must be the one in ten that would not recommend this hospital, although i find that figure extremely hard to believe. They failed to contact me for appointments, blamed me, staff were rude unhelpful and caused me to miss an operation. They lost my paperwork, left me to phone arround for two days before they finally admit loosing it but now we've found it go away and stop calling! They have been so bad i feel that i can't continue with my cancer treatment at this place. I have complained about the staff but have no faith in the process.
