I started using alcohol as a bit of fun when I was a teenager for many years, and as my family got older it got more serious, so eventually I became alcohol dependant.
now I am seriously trying to stop with the help of inclusion visions, I find the help there is abundant and the understanding of all the staff right down to reception staff make me feel good about myself and not to be ashamed.
I always look forward to coming because it allows me to socialise with like minded people. and at the moment I really rely on visions and it is a big part of my life.
