What could be improved
Cleanliness, Staff cleanliness in appearence, Doctor didnt was hands or use antiviral rub before or after examination. No care, advice or reassurance. Neglected to give me the information I needed for care at home I had to send my husband back for it. Toilets were disgusting.
Anything else?
Generally, dirty, confusing signs, rude staff seemed preoccupied. I would not feel comfortable having surgery here, & would be surprised to escape with secondary infections.InfectionsSurgeryCleanlinessCommunicationPatient careRudeToiletsDoctors
